Coach Kevin

Kevin is a development hockey coach who takes athletes that need the right guidance and knowledge and mentors them to reach their goals. Through extensive hours of training, mentorship, and guidance Kevin has developed an against the grain approach to development. With positivity and a ton of passion Kevin has the ability of getting players to understand the process and what it takes to break into the hockey world. He does this by guiding them through their journey and having them enjoy it every step of the way.

Coach Kieran

Kieran started working with coach Kevin five years ago and now has started to help out with the coaching side. He played junior hockey in the BCHL for the Trail Smoke Eaters and the Surrey Eagles. He was named top defensemen for Surrey in 2019-2020 and was also the teams captain for the 2020-2021 season. During his time in Surrey, Kieran received an offer to play NCAA division 1 hockey at Yale University where is he currently studying Environmental sciences concentrating in renewable energy and sustainability. His freshman year at Yale he was a second team all-ivy selection. Kierans goal is to play professional hockey after college and is working hard to obtain that dream. "Kevin and PHD have helped me so much in taking steps to obtain my dream of pro hockey. The countless hours he puts in to the program really shows with guys taking steps every year after working with coach Kevin.

Coach Brad

Brad started working with coach Kevin six years ago and is now helping coach alongside him. He was named top defenseman for the Drumheller Dragons (AJHL) for 2 seasons that he played there. Brad has also played at the USHL and NCAA Div 1. level, and has just signed to play professionally overseas in Europe. He is a two-way defenseman who wants to share his knowledge of the game and help kids get to that next level." Kevin has helped me overcome a couple of tough injuries in recent years and has gotten me feeling the best I have ever felt. It is incredible to see how the program has grown and the number of players going to higher leagues each year.

Coach Sarah

Sarah played her NCAA Division I career at the University of Minnesota. In her first year, the Gophers won the National Championship where she was named MVP of the frozen four and rookie of the year. Sarah was named a top 10 Patty Kazmaier finalist in her second year and made two more frozen four appearances. Sarah’s final season as point leader was cut short but she finished her career off with 175 points (65 goals and 114 assists) in 145 games.
Sarah has been a part of the Hockey Canada program since 2014. She has won a U18 World Junior gold medal and U18 World Junior silver medal where she was named MVP and top forward of the tournament. She has represented Team Canada at the U22 development level, and made her Senior National Team debut in 2015. Sarah won a silver medal at the World Championships in Michigan and was centralized for the 2018 Olympic Team. She recently won a gold medal at the World Championships in 2022 in Denmark. She continues to compete for Hockey Canada and plays professionally in the PWHPA. Sarah is also entering her third year of coaching Trinity Western University at the U-Sport level.

Coach Amy

Amy has been a part of the Hockey Canada program since 2016 and is a 2x Silver Medalist for U18 Team Canada where she made the all-tournament team. She has represented Canada's Development team for the past 6 years. Amy was the youngest player named to the 2018 Olympic Centralization Roster. She played her NCAA Division I Career at the University of Minnesota for 4 years where she earned 2 Conference Titles and a NCAA National Runner up.
Amy spent her 5th year of eligibility at Trinity Western University, where she led the team to their first playoff appearance in 2023. She is the first hockey player from Trinity Westerns Women's Hockey team to be named an All-Canadian. Amy continues to compete for Hockey Canada and is looking to play professionally this upcoming season alongside her sister Sarah.
